Metallic Hose
TFC–Flexible Piping Systems manufacture and supply a comprehensive range of flexible metal hose assemblies for a wide range of applications where either the medium or temperature is extreme. Metal hose offers a number of advantages including high strength, resistance to high or low temperature extremes, and corrosion resistance. It absorbs vibration and noise, connect misaligned rigid piping and moving parts of machinery or equipment. The choice of metals is wide: bronze, stainless steel grades 321/316/304, and monel. Metal hose is manufactured in two basic styles, these being Corrugated & Stripwound. TFC–Flexible Piping Systems’ corrugated hose is manufactured to ISO 10380 AND BS6501 Part 1, 1991 with suffix letter A, B or C indicating the hose flexibility of that standard. Manufactured in a size range from 6mm to 350mm nominal bore
PTFE (Teflon®) Hose
TFC–Flexible Piping Systems offers engineered PTFE hose solutions that help customers manage corrosion, hose purity, thermal cycling and a whole host of other tough harsh operating conditions in their process applications whether it be Food Processing, Pharmaceutical or the Petrochemical Industry. We specialise in PTFE hose and stock and supply braided medium and high pressure, Convoluted and Smooth Bore hose from 3mm – 100mm NB.
Composite Hose
TFC–Flexible Piping Systems has been at the forefront of Composite hose design and manufacture in Australia for 40 years and is the undisputed market leader in this field. Composite hoses are designed to meet the most demanding applications in Hydrocarbon, Chemical & Cryogenic transfer applications, offering strength, lightweight, flexibility and versatility for variations in pressure, temperature and product conveyance compatibility. TFC–Flexible Piping Systems Composite hose meets various Australian & International Standards and is available in sizes from 25mm – 250mm
PVC, Rubber Hose & Hose Fittings

BIONIQ™ Offshore Oil Rig Supply Hose & Couplings
The Bioniq™ Coupling was developed in 1994 following a move to ‘live-boating’. Which means that mooring lines were no longer required between the supply vessel and the platform. With the increases in high tensile loads placed on the hose along with ever increasing concerns over environmental protection the Bioniq Hose Coupling will not pull-off under extreme tensile loads and can withstand more than the burst pressure of the hose.
Expansion Joints
Expansion Joints, Pipe Hangers and Supports are intended for compensating movements resulting from misalignment, for absorbing vibration and thermal movement in pipework or ducting. These products are widely used in Steel, Petrochemical, Shipbuilding Industries, Gas and Diesel Engines and total Energy Plants to name a few.TFC-Flexible Piping Systems design, manufacture and market a complete range of Metallic, Fabric, Rubber and PTFE expansion joints, Pipe Hangers and Supports.
Non-Metallic Expansion Joints
In addition to metal products, we manufacture non-metallic, duct type, fabric and composite expansion joints for the power generation, pulp and paper, co-generation, cement and ship building industries, as well as many other types of industry. TFC-Flexible Piping Systems non-metallic joints are produced in various configurations in order to meet virtually any application requirement and operating conditions. They can be engineered to fit into existing systems without major changes in duct work. TFC-Flexible Piping Systems joints are offered in either integral flange or belt-type geometry. They are designed not only for relieving stress due to thermal conditions but to eliminate transmission of vibration caused by fans and other equipment in ducting systems. TFC-Flexible Piping Systems are exclusive distributors for Chemfab’s Darlyn line of superior corrosion resistant fabrics. Darlyn materials provide exceptional performance, even in the severe chemical environments found in ducts on flue gas desulpharisation plants and pulp and paper recovery boiler systems.
